Privacy notice

Launch updates list · Last updated 28 September 2026

Parqvia hasn't launched yet. This notice covers one thing only: the email address you give us on parqvia.com so we can tell you when we launch. The Parqvia app will have its own, fuller privacy policy when it goes live.

Who we are

Parqvia (“we”), a project based in North Macedonia, is responsible for your data. You can reach us about it at support@parqvia.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address.
  • A record of your consent: when you signed up, the page language, and the IP address the request came from — kept so we can show you agreed.
  • Whether our update emails are opened and which links are clicked, as recorded by our email provider.

That's all. We don't ask for your name, and this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads.

What we use it for

To email you about Parqvia's launch — when it's ready, where it's available, and how to get started. We won't use your address for anything else, and we never sell it or share it for others' marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you enter your email and click “Notify Me” (the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia, and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where it applies). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it for us

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to store the list and send the emails. Brevo processes the data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, on servers in the EU. Our web host processes your IP address as a normal part of delivering this site.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or at the latest 3 months after Parqvia launches — whichever comes first. After that we delete it. If you unsubscribe, Brevo keeps your address on a suppression list only so we never email you again.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with the link in any email we send. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it — email support@parqvia.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (azlp.mk) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email.
